A wonderful discovery. The food is truly excellent, the wine cellar is exceptionally well stocked, offering choices to suit every budget and taste, and above all, the setting is magnificent, both indoors and outdoors. A special mention goes to the cured meats (simply delicious) and the braised beef cheek, which was tender and full of flavour. Prices are perfectly in line with the quality of the experience in every respect.

“A romantic and welcoming atmosphere in the Sabina countryside.
An old farmhouse that has been beautifully restored. The gnocchetti with meat ragù were excellent, the suckling pig was delicious, and the desserts were full of flavour. The romantic garden with its small pond adds to the charm of the place.

“A beautiful place just 10 minutes from Collalto Sabino and within easy reach of Rome. Conveniently accessible via the motorway. We ate extremely well; the prices are certainly above average, but I assume this reflects the quality of the ingredients used, making the value for money absolutely fair given the high standard on offer.
